There are many things that go into building the perfect home and it is important that each step is completed to perfection. At Marshall Renovations, we are aware of this and we ensure that each component, in every home we build, is of the highest possible quality and installed to perfection. Building new houses begins well before construction does, and this is something that we take into consideration in our own homebuilding process. We offer all of our clients support and guidance from their very first consultation, so that they can make an informed decision that meets their needs both practically and in a design sense. Our overall homebuilding process consists of two broad stages: pre build and build.

Pre Build

1. Initial meeting:

The initial meeting is perhaps the most significant stage of the process, as it provides us with a clear picture of what you want, and it provides you with a clear picture of how to get it. During this meeting, you can present us with your ideas and requirements and we can provide you with a few options and house plans to choose from. 2. Preliminary agreement, including a small deposit:

4. Completion and handover:
